3. You will receive a proof of your designs within 48 hours of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and holidays. After reviewing this, you may request up to 2 rounds of proofs free of charge. Additional rounds of revisions are $20 per round.

4. Your printed order will ship approximately 2-3 weeks after final proof approval. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

Font changes are not included as part of this listing. Font changes are $3 per font and you must contact us prior to placing your order to include this additional change.

We work hard to process all orders as fast as possible. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holiday) after final approval of proof for your order to ship. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are generally 2 – 3 days. International shipping will take longer.

All our orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Alternative Shipping options are available upon request at an additional charge. You must contact us prior to your order if you need an alternative shipping option.

Local orders can be made available for pick-up at our Mifflinburg studio location.

Payments

Payments must be made in full prior to any proofs or design work being done or provided to the customer. Pricing is included in each listing for predetermined quantities. Additional services, customizations and items beyond what is listed in our item details are subject to additional fees and will require a custom listing.

Turn around times are included with each listing based on the quantities that we provide. If you require a rush order, additional costs will be charged. See "Additional Information" for more information on rush orders.

We do not provide proofs of any kind without receipt of an order and payment made in full. No exceptions.

Cancellation: If, after an order has been placed, you may request a cancellation and full refund as long as no proof has been sent. If you request a cancellation after receipt of your initial proof, you only qualify for a refund of 75% of the total order, plus the cost of shipping. If you have received a proof plus 1 round of changes, you will qualify for a refund of 50% plus the cost of shipping and if you have received a proof plus two rounds of changes you will receive a refund of 25% of the total order plus the cost of shipping.

Turn Around Times are subject to change and are dependent on the speed with which we hear back from a customer with their approval or changes. We based our turn-around times on an average response time of 24 hours. If you are unable to respond with 24 hours of a proof / changes, additional time may be required to complete your order and is not the responsibility of Raspberry Creative under any circumstances.

Shipping from United States

For shipping projects, we use USPS. We include insurance on all projects. If you have a preferred shipping method (i.e. overnighted), you can upgrade for the additional shipping price. Additional features (i.e. signature required at delivery, etc.) will be charged an additional fee based on the current USPS rates.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the package is shown as delivered via tracking, we will not be held responsible for packages that you do not receive. Contact your carrier service for assistance.

Shipping charges under $5 will be mailed USPS First Class Mail. You may request to upgrade to Priority or Expedited prior to placing your order. Additional fees apply.

Shipping overages more than $1 will be refunded at the time of shipping.

Refunds

Exchange Policy:

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item; and you have not contacted us; unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, refund, or any other option.
• All exchanges/refunds will be on a case-by-case basis, and we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. All items much be returned before new items will be shipped. Please send us a photo of the damage before shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). No exceptions. We will NOT reimburse shipping for any reason.
• If your item was damaged during shipment, please ship it back to us, so we can process the claim with USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will NOT reimburse shipping.

Refund Policy:

Because of the nature of the work that Raspberry Creative does, we will NOT issue refunds under any circumstances. We will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issue that you have so contact us immediately so that we can begin to work things out.
• With every project we provide proofs. Once the first proof has been sent, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

No job is completed until you have approved the final artwork. After the artwork has been approved the job is considered FINAL and any changes after that time will be billed in addition to the original fee. For printed items, once the proof has been approved and the project goes to press, any errors or omissions found become the sole responsibility of the client and NOT Raspberry Creative LLC.

Cancellation Policy:

If we do not hear back from a client after two weeks we will consider the project cancelled.
• If after that time you contact us to get the project going, additional fees may be accessed.
• We have had many clients just disappear without a word and then come back months later expecting us to drop everything to get their project rolling again; and we find this to be a great disservice to our other clients. We work with multiple clients at one time, and everyone’s job is equally important to us as the others.

Raspberry Creative retains the copyright to all graphics, designs, html, illustrations or other materials associated with ALL of our listings both studio and custom designs. Purchasing any pre-designed item does not give you the rights to the materials or the designs but simply the rights to USE those designs on the product that you have purchased. These designs are not yours to sell, rent, distribute in any commercial or non-commercial way. You only have the rights to use them for the purpose for which you purchased them. For example, you may not use the flower design from your save the dates to make custom tags for your wedding favors or turn that design into custom stamps.

With all designs, custom and pre-designed, we keep the original files, and backups of those files. We would be more than happy to design coordinating pieces to go along with the original designs at discounted rates because the initial concept is already there. Just remember, if you attempt to use Raspberry Creative LLC artwork without consent, you are violating copyright law. If you have any questions about copyrights, please do not hesitate to contact us. One of us will be more than happy to answer your questions and offer solutions.

RUSH ORDERS: If you require a rush order, you must notify Raspberry Creative prior to placing an order. Depending on current workload, we are not always able to accept rush orders and it must be determined if your timeline and quantities are reasonable. Raspberry Creative charges a rush order fee starting at $50 and is based on the timeline and quantity. (This does not include expedited shipping which is additional)

PROOFING: Raspberry Creative LLC will not, under any circumstances, provide design work or proofs prior to a design being purchased. When proofing your files from Raspberry Creative, be aware that your final printed item may appear slightly different that is appears on screen. Computer monitors, mobile devices, etc. render color using a different color model than commercial printers. Some variation in color is to be expected especially with bright colors.

Listings, unless stated otherwise, include one proof and up to two rounds of changes. Additional changes are billed at an hourly rate and must be paid for in advance.

Purchasing a listing means you are ordering that listing. Listings, and the designs in individual listings are not interchangeable. If you want to incorporate design elements from more than one listing, you must contact us to set up a custom listing. Listings cannot be altered after an order has been placed.

CUSTOM COLORS: Raspberry Creative is not responsible for the printing and reproduction of colors not on our color chart, including custom colors. No refunds or exchanges on custom color items.

In addition to viewing proofs online, if you print your proof yourself for review, you cannot expect your final product to match exactly. All printers reproduce color differently and different papers will effect printing results as well. We will not reprint or be held responsible in any way for your order because it does not match the proof you printed on your own. Absolutely no exceptions.
